3. Register name

TE-live service (hereinafter referred to as the Service)

4. Purpose of personal data processing

Register data will only be used for responding to feedback.

5. Data content of the register

The processing of personal data in the service is based on the consent of the users.

Analytics and feedback system

The TE-live service uses the Matomo analytics tool to collect statistical data. Examples of such data include:

  • Your terminal device (computer, smartphone, tablet)
  • Time and duration of the visit
  • Country-specific location data (no exact location data is collected)
  • Information derived from website usage, such as website usage and browsing data

The data collected by the analytics tool never includes the person's name, social security number, or other similar identifying data. TE-live does not use this data to attempt to identify individual website visitors. If the user has configured “Do Not Track” in the web browser, the analytics tool will not collect or monitor browsing data.

In addition, the service may save contact details given by the user - name and email address - in order to receive the user's feedback. Feedback is used to improve the service, and non-mandatory contact information can be given if the user wishes to receive a response for their feedback. Feedback and contact details will be removed from the Webropol system every month.

6. Regular data sources

The data recorded in the register in the service is based on the information provided by the user.

7. Regular disclosure of information

Personal data or other information in the service will not be disclosed to an authority or other body without the consent of the user or a party authorised by the user or without the right to obtain information as defined in legislation.

8. Transferring data outside of the EU or the EEA

The data shall not be transferred outside of the EU or the EEA.

9. Data protection principles of the register

The data is on a cloud server that is protected by physical and software protection by, for example, encrypting the databases and data communication.

10. Data storage period

Data will be stored for one month after user feedback is sent.

11. Right to erasure

Those who have submitted feedback containing personal data have the right to demand that their data in the register be deleted. Users may forward a request to delete data using a feedback form. In this case, the data will be erased within 30 days of the request. No separate verification of the erasure will be provided.

12. Other rights related to the processing of personal data

Personal data are neither used nor disclosed for the purpose of direct advertising, distance marketing or other direct marketing, market and opinion research, registers of individuals, or genealogies.

13. Cookies

Cookies are small text files that the browser stores on the User's terminal device. Cookies contain a unique anonymous identifier that provides limited information only about Your use of the website.

This information is used to analyse and develop the website and improve user experience. These cookies do not, under any circumstances, collect personal data or other information that could identify the User. The session identifier is a random series of numbers, which does not allow for the identification of the User's personality nor location. The IP address of the used terminal device is anonymised. Some cookies are necessary for the functioning of the service and for this reason, the use of the service requires accepting them. However, the user can block the use of cookies related to analytics.

14. Notifications and complaints concerning the processing of personal data

If necessary, a user can lodge a complaint or appeal with the Data Protection Ombudsman concerning the processing of their personal data.
